My name is Kelly, and I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing telehealth care for adults in Arizona. I take time to understand the full picture. The first appointment includes questions and conversation so care can stay thoughtful, organized, and focused on your needs. We all face challenges in life, and none of us has everything figured out. My goal is to meet you with understanding and respect, and to work with you one step at a time. Care may include psychiatric evaluation, medication management when appropriate, education, supportive conversation, and practical coping tools drawn from evidence-based approaches. If faith is important to you, faith-informed support can be included at your request. It is always optional. Medication Policy: AHP Psych NP PC is telehealth-only. I prescribe psychiatric medications when appropriate, but I do not prescribe controlled substances, including stimulants, benzodiazepines, or controlled sleep medications. Due to changing telehealth regulations, these medications may require in person visit which I do not provide.
